Insgesamt ist die Rolle noch in einem sehr guten Zustand!

Hier sehen wir Bremsmutter und Kurbelkauf sind noch im Original, häufig wurden gerade diese Teile zuerst ausgetauscht!
Here we see that the brake nut and crank arm are still original—quite often, these specific parts were the very first to be replaced!
Auch hier wieder das eingegratzte H vermutlich als Kürzel für den Name Herrmann, im Werk von einem Mitarbeiter gemacht, damit man die Rollen die derjenige montiert oder kontrolliert hatte, wieder erkennen konnte, z.B. bei Beanstandungen usw.! Zu der Zeit als die Rollen noch keine Seriennr. hatten!
Here again, we see the scratched-in „H“, presumably an abbreviation for the name Herrmann, applied by a factory employee to enable the identification of the specific rollers that individual had assembled or inspected (e.g., in the event of complaints, etc.). This practice dates back to a time when the reels did not yet bear serial numbers.
Hier erkennt man gut den eingenieteten Schaltstift. Deutlich kann man den Verschleiß erkennen, war er defekt, musste das ganze Rotorblech getauscht werden. Deshalb wurde der Schaltstift, später in der Serie durch einen nachstellbaren Schaltstift ersetzt!
Here, the riveted switching pin is clearly visible. The wear is plainly evident, if it failed, the entire rotor plate had to be replaced. For this reason, the switching pin was later in the production series, replaced by an adjustable pin!
