Jetzt hatte man sich erneut an den Markt angepasst. Die Gehäuse wurden flacher und länglicher! Die Spule bekam eine Markierung, für die maximale Schnurbefüllung, der Drücker wanderte jetzt noch weiter nach hinten und noch einige Kleinigkeiten wurden geändert!
The company had once again adapted to the market. The housings became flatter and more elongated! The spool now had a mark indicating the maximum line capacity, the trigger was moved even further back, and a few other minor changes were made!

The reel from the drive side, the crank purchases, have now flattened out!
Die Vorderseite, leider war der Schnurführer nicht besonders geschützt und konnte beim umfallen der Rute leicht beschädigt werden!
Unfortunately, the front side didn’t offer much protection for the line guide, and it could easily be damaged if the rod fell over!
Die Lagerseite noch mit Schutzfolie und interessanter weise ohne Kreuzschlitzschrauben, hier steht noch DAM Quick darauf! Und der DAM Angler!
The bearing side still has protective film and, interestingly, no Phillips head screws, it still says DAM Quick on it! And the DAM Angler logo!
Die Rückseite, rechts erkennt man gut die neue Auslösetaste. Die Rolle hat eine Kupplung über die beim drücken, die Spule frei gegeben wird und gleichzeitig wird die Schnurführung abgeschaltet!
On the back, you can clearly see the new release button on the right. The reel has a clutch that, when pressed, releases the spool and simultaneously disengages the line guide!
Die Box, ich finde es interessant das obwohl die DAM Markenfigur (Angler) abgebildet ist, steht nirgends etwas vom DAM darauf? Nur auf der Rolle!
The box, I find it interesting that although the DAM brand figure (angler) is depicted, there’s no mention of DAM anywhere on it? Only on the reel!
Interessant ist, das der Name vom Großhändler und Produzent im Werk überklebt wurde? Der DAM Namenszug ist jetzt verschwunden, aber der DAM Angler ist wenigstens noch da!
Interestingly, the name of the wholesaler and manufacturer was covered up at the factory? The DAM logo is now gone, but at least the DAM angler is still there!
Spannend ist das die abgebildete Rolle, im Katalog völlig anderst aussieht, wie sie dann tatsächlich verkauft wurde?
What’s interesting is that the reel pictured looks completely different in the catalog than how it was actually sold.
