Mal wieder ein rustikaler Umbau, auf Kurbel rechts! Mit einigen Merkwürdigkeiten!
Another rustic conversion, this time with the crank on the right! And featuring a few oddities!

Eigenbau Fuß auf dem Kopf herum montiert.
Homemade foot, mounted upside down.
Kurbel DAM Junior, dreiflügelige Bremsmutter vom Modell 53.
DAM Junior crank, three-winged drag nut from Model 53.
Hier sieht man, der Fuß wurde einfach abgesägt und grob bei gefeilt.
Here you can see that the foot was simply sawn off and roughly filed down.
Hier sieht man, der „neue“ Fuß wurde aus 3 Teilen zusammen gesetzt. Unterteil und Mittelteil sind aus Stahl , das Oberteil ist aus Messing.
Here you can see that the „new“ foot was assembled from three parts. The lower and middle sections are made of steel, while the upper section is made of brass.
Hier erkennt man die Einzelteile vom Fuß, wurden mit Weichlot zusammen gelötet. Außerdem sieht man, an der vorderen Schraube musste noch nach gearbeitet werden.
Here, the individual parts of the foot are visible, they were soldered together using soft solder. Furthermore, you can see that the front screw still required some additional work.
Der aufgeklappte Bügel ging nicht an der vorderen Schraube vorbei, man hat kurzer Hand den halben Schraubenkopf weg gefeilt!
The flipped-up bail wouldn’t clear the front screw, so they simply filed away half the screw head!
Und hier noch was Pfiffiges ! Damit man den Deckel nicht umständlich mit klopfen öffnen musst, wurde ein kleiner Griff angebracht. Mit diesem war das öffnen, ein Kinderspiel!
And here’s another clever touch! To save you the hassle of having to tap the lid open, a small handle has been added. Thanks to this, opening it was child’s play!
